Yoga

8 People Per Session
One of the most important lessons to be learned from yoga is the art of balance. Physical balance is an important part of this style but it also helps to balance emotions and calm the mind. This class seeks to give you a little of everything as it includes different styles of yoga.

Boxercise

10 People Per Session
Fitness made fun. Box Fit is a high intensity workout that will keep you moving all class. Be prepared to learn combos like your 1's and 2's with bursts of cardio in between.

Vibe Spin

7 People Per Session
Expect an incredibly fun fitness experience with Vibe Cycle. Upbeat, motivating and high energy, these classes are focused on music and rhythm and torch fat. Be prepared to sweat!
